This is going to be a really quick note: after reading this, it was obvious I had to go for it. Kudos Brian, you just gave a name to the new thing. Anyway, we had the blogosphere, web 2.0, etc. Now to be hype is to be part of the statusphere. For the time being, there are less than 3.000 results on google. I bet that in a year, there will be at least ten times that.

By the way, am I the only one to find it ironic that this word was actually (yet scarcely) used as the term for the group of celebrities living in Hollywood or similarly famous places.
