Holidays, Report and Duels
I had said in my previous article that I'd be back on the 15th of August. Actually, I did write anything because I had to finish my internship report. Just at the same time, I discovered Duels, a really addictive game.
It's a mix of WoW (skill tree), The Fourth Coming (avatar's freedom of evolution) and a whole lot of navigator based games. Each character has to challenge others in battle, gain experience, etc. : the typical PVP RPG.
When I get into a game, it's really something, that's why I've launched duels.fr, a website on which I've put several tools for duels.
- A signature generator
- A greasemonkey script generator to automatically fill the "taunt message" when issuing a challenge
- An xml database of the game's items (just the two first sets, the third will come in a week or so)
I actually have other plans for this website. For now it's a repository for some nifty little tools I've writtent, but there will be (hopefully in september) a few new features :
- A french forum for Duels
- A french news blog about Duels
- Maybe an item search engine
- And why not a french wiki about Duels
As I've said in the title, I'm leaving again, this time in Tuscany, so I won't have an internet access for a week or so…
